VFK/FIL 2 TRAINING IN VALDRESHALLEN!

Hello boys!



Coaching team decided that both of the groups will have training together today at 1545 in VALDRESHALLEN!! On Myra is about -20, so it's too cold to train outside.



Håkon Olav is going to take over the training, cause both of me and Joakim are away.


Get ready 15 minutes before the training start.
